Want to grow your business more than ever before? Try videos!

Many small businesses are learning that using videos on their website gives positive results.

This is because videos shows the business owners as an expert in their field, helps build their brand name, and introduces the business to new customers in a fun and engaging way. Videos are also used to provide important information, offers customer testimonials from real people live on screen, and shows the real business owners behind the brand name. And these videos in turn creates trust, drives traffic, and increases sales.

By using real customers who are giving their own honest and candid feedback, you obtain a greater amount of trust than those who hire actors to read written testimonials (or worse, provide fake information in hope of getting more sales). Also make sure that you show how they can get to your contact page or area so that they may ask questions or leave feedback.


When people are searching for information the number one videos that are watched are the “how to” kind. For proof of this simply look at HowCast which holds over 100,000 videos all showing how to do something – and they are making that number larger every day. What you can do is show your potential customers how to purchase the best product based on their needs, or even how to use your products correctly. As long as you are providing helping content your customers will love you for it, and word of mouth will grow.


Any business that has been open for at least a year has a list of questions they are asked all the time, over and over again. Provide great customer service by filming yourself answering these questions. Not only does this show the customer that you care but you also will cut down on your email responses as well.
